SITE PLAN AND DESIGN

Admin block: offices for staff, OT, counselling room, office with private entrance for DSD social services, board room & garage

Large fully functional kitchen for prepping after school lunches. A vegetable garden to supply kitchen & educate children on gardening

2 large multipurpose halls for: age specific educational programs, adult programs, dance & theatre

Dedicated IT, Art and Music rooms. Used for afterschool programs but utilized to train adults during the day

Safe, age specific playgrounds & green spaces (currently none exist in Fisantekraal)

Police site office for safety & security. Safe hub created along periphery, housing “hidden” panic buttons linked to police

Socio Economic hubs (bakery, coffee shop, swap shop & sewing) for job creation & income generation for non profit

Multi – purpose sports ground for soccer, hockey & a netball court
